Reimbursement of the entry fee

Due to Corona we had to cancel the real 2020 Generali Cologne Marathon.
In case you have not replied yet please tell us what to do with your entry fee.
You can select among the following options:
- reimbursement of the entry fee less an administration fee * (marathon € 18, half marathon and relay team marathon € 16 )
- solidarity contribution of 75 or 50 percent of the paid entry fee (i. e. refund of 25 or 50%)
- complete relinquishment of the entry fee. In return you will receive a guaranteed entry slot for 2021 with a reduced entry fee.
- complete relinquishment of the entry fee and all additional orders (separate request for the finisher shirt). In return you will receive a guaranteed entry slot for 2021 with a reduced entry fee.
* Note: The administration fee includes proportionate, already paid costs, e. g. for participant management, registration, cancellation costs for already booked service providers, lease, staff etc.
How will the refund work?
Please revert asap via the edit link we sent you in several emails since the cancellation of the race and tell us which option is best for you. When clicking on this link you will see your entire booking and can select the preferred option. Thank you very much.
